1. Business Overview

Make My Casuals is a customized clothing and merchandise brand offering printed and manufactured apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, caps, and promotional products for individuals, businesses, colleges, and organizations.

2. Orders & Customization

All products offered by Make My Casuals are customized based on customer-provided designs, sizes, colors, and specifications. Once an order is confirmed and production has started, the details cannot be changed.

Customers are responsible for verifying design proofs, spellings, sizes, and specifications before final approval.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made through approved online payment methods or bank transfers. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Since all products are customized, cancellations or refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed and production has begun.

In case of manufacturing defects or errors from our side, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or details, and we will evaluate the issue for resolution or replacement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped after completion of production within the agreed timeline. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.

Domestic deliveries are fulfilled within India. International shipping is undertaken on a case-to-case basis. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

6. Product Appearance

Slight variations in color or print may occur due to screen display differences, lighting, or printing processes. These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Make My Casuals unless provided by the customer. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Customers confirm they have legal rights to use any artwork, logos, or content shared for customization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Make My Casuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, India.
